So, one of my passions, other than photography, is volunteering for dog shelters and rescues. I currently volunteer at the Maricopa County Animal Control and Care. I have photographed for a few different dogs rescues, including Pittie Me Rescue, located in Gilbert, Arizona.
One of my goals this year, is to set up a foundation to help raise funds for the shelters. I want to be able to give back, where and when I can.
Dogs have meant so much to me for the past few years. I used to actually be afraid of large dogs, for the longest time. Now I have a 100 lb pittie/great dane mix, a red nosed pittie mix and a frenchie/chihuahua. We've all been in a dark place, and my dogs helped bring me out of that dark place. Each of them care for my family and I, unconditionally. My pack keeps me smiling and positive!
Here are a few images of different events and types of photos I have taken for the shelters and rescues.
